- Store-bought roti canai or paratha2 sheets
- Eggs2
- Saltpinch
- Black pepperpinch
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp

Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Place one sheet of roti canai/paratha in the hot pan. Pour half of the egg mixture evenly over the roti.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until the egg starts to set. Carefully fold the roti in half, like an omelet, or fold the edges inwards to create a pocket.

Flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown and the egg is cooked through.
