- Canned Sardines in Chili Sauce2 cans (approx. 4 oz each)
- Soft Roti Wraps4 pieces
- Red Onion1/4, finely chopped
- Tomato1/2, deseeded and diced
- Cucumber1/4, diced
- Fresh Cilantro2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime Juice1 tablespoon
- Sambal Oelek1-2 teaspoons (or to taste)
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Vegetable Oil1 teaspoon

Drain the sardines, reserving a little sauce. Flake the sardines into a bowl.

In the same bowl, add the chopped red onion, diced tomato, diced cucumber, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and sambal oelek. Mix gently.

Add the flaked sardines to the mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir everything together until well combined. If the mixture seems too dry, add a teaspoon of reserved sardine sauce or a splash of water.

Warm the soft roti wraps slightly in a dry pan or microwave until pliable.

Spoon the sardine and vegetable mixture evenly onto the center of each roti wrap.

Fold the sides of the roti inwards, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
