    In a bowl, mix the ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, curry powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the meat mixture and cook until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

    In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in the same pan over medium heat. Place one piece of roti canai in the pan.

    Pour half of the whisked egg over the roti, spreading it evenly. Then, spoon half of the cooked meat mixture onto one half of the egg-covered roti.

    Fold the other half of the roti over the filling, creating a sandwich. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the egg is cooked.

    Remove from pan, cut in half diagonally, and serve immediately with chili sauce and mayonnaise.
