Bahan
- Roti canai or paratha (store-bought)4 sheets
- Ground beef200g
- Onion1/2, finely chopped
- Garlic1 clove, minced
- Curry powder1 tsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Egg1, lightly beaten
- Green onions1 stalk, chopped
- Vegetable oil for fryingAs needed

Heat a little oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in curry powder and soy sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Stir in the beaten egg and chopped green onions into the beef mixture. Season with salt and black pepper.

Lay one sheet of roti canai/paratha flat. Spread about 1/4 of the filling over one half of the roti. Fold the other half over to cover the filling, pressing the edges to seal.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the stuffed roti for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through.

Repeat with remaining roti and filling. Serve hot.
