- Turmeric powder1/4 tsp
- Garlic powder1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder1/2 tsp
- Fresh cilantro1 tbsp, chopped

For the Chapati Dough: Mix whole wheat flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

For the Simple Lentil Curry: In a saucepan, combine cooked lentils, vegetable broth or water, turmeric powder, garlic powder, and cumin powder. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened. Season with salt.
