- Green Chilies1
- Curry Leaves5-6

Boil and mash the potatoes. Finely chop the onion and green chili. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves and sauté.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, sauté for a minute.

Add turmeric powder, mashed potatoes, and salt. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes until combined. This is the quick masala filling.

Heat a non-stick griddle or tawa over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil. Pour a ladleful of dosa batter and spread thinly in a circular motion.

Drizzle oil around the edges. Cook until golden brown. Spread a portion of the potato masala filling on one half.

Fold the dosa and serve hot with sambar and coconut chutney.
