- Glutinous rice500g
- Coconut milk400ml
- Salt1 tsp
- Wateras needed
- Banana leaves or pre-made ketupat wrappers20-25 pieces

Wash and soak glutinous rice for at least 1 hour, then drain.

In a pot, combine glutinous rice, coconut milk, and salt. Stir well.

Cook the rice mixture over medium heat, stirring until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is sticky.

Prepare banana leaves by wilting them over a flame or hot water to make them pliable. Cut into appropriate sizes for wrapping.

Spoon the cooked glutinous rice into the prepared wrappers, filling two-thirds full.
