- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Water3 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Wash and thinly slice the tuhau stems.

Mince garlic, bird's eye chilies, and ginger.

In a small bowl, mash the fermented bean curd with a fork. Add soy sauce, sugar, and water. Mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, chilies, and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the sliced tuhau stems to the wok. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
