Bahan
- Pineapple1 cup, cut into chunks
- Jicama1 cup, peeled and cut into sticks
- Green Mango1 cup, peeled and cut into wedges
- Cucumber1 cup, seeded and cut into sticks
- Guava1 cup, cut into chunks
- Prawn Paste (Belacan)2 tablespoons, toasted
- Palm Sugar3 tablespoons, grated
- Tamarind Paste1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice1 tablespoon
- Chili Padi1-2, finely chopped (optional)
- Roasted Peanuts1/4 cup, crushed
- Toasted Sesame Seeds1 tablespoon

Prepare the dressing: In a mortar and pestle or a small bowl, pound or mash the toasted prawn paste with palm sugar, tamarind paste, lime juice, and chopped chili padi (if using) until well combined. Add a pinch of salt to taste.

In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits and vegetables.

Pour the dressing over the fruits and vegetables. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.

Transfer the Rojak Buah to a serving dish. Garnish generously with crushed roasted peanuts and toasted sesame seeds.
