  • Palm Sugar3 tablespoons, grated
  • Tamarind Paste1 tablespoon
  • Lime Juice1 tablespoon
  • Chili Padi1-2, finely chopped (optional)
  • Roasted Peanuts1/4 cup, crushed
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds1 tablespoon
  • Saltto taste
