  • Basmati rice2 cups
  • Frozen mixed vegetables (e.g., peas, carrots, corn)2 cups
  • Onion1 large
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Chicken broth3 cups
  • Vegetable oil1/4 cup
  • Maqlubah spice mix2 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Chopped cilantro2 tbsp

    Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and maqlubah spice mix. Sauté chicken in oil until browned. Remove from pot.
