  • Onion, chopped1/2

  • Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Spring onions, sliced, for garnish1
  • Chili sauce, for servingoptional

    Prepare the omelets: Whisk 2 eggs with salt and pepper. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Pour in egg mixture, cook until set, slide onto a plate. Repeat with the remaining egg.
