- Glutinous rice flour mix250g
- Coconut milk (canned)250ml
- Pandan essence1/2 tsp
- Sugar30g
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Water30ml
- Banana leaves (pre-cut)10-12 pieces

Prepare banana leaves by wiping them clean.

In a bowl, combine glutinous rice flour mix, sugar, and salt.

Pour in coconut milk and pandan essence, mixing until a smooth batter is formed. Adjust with water if too thick.

Spoon a small amount of batter onto each banana leaf and fold into small parcels.
