  • Onion, finely chopped1 medium
  • Garlic, minced3 cloves
  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Canned crushed tomatoes200g

  • Plain yogurt200g
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Dried mint1 tsp
  • Red pepper flakes (pul biber)to garnish
