  • Coconut milk500ml
  • Lemongrass, bruised2 stalks
  • Galangal, sliced1 inch piece
  • Kaffir lime leaves5-6 leaves
  • Fish sauce2 tbsp
  • Palm sugar1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder1/2 tsp
  • Cilantro, chopped (for garnish)2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Water50ml
  • Black pepperto taste
