- Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces500g
- Honey75 ml
- Soy sauce40 ml
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Cornstarch1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Water50 ml
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish1 tsp
- Spring onions, chopped, for garnish1 tbsp

Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry chicken until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove chicken and set aside.

In the same pan, add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add honey, soy sauce, and water. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer.

Return the chicken to the pan. Stir to coat evenly with the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
