  • Chicken breast, cubed500 g
  • Carrots, sliced150 g
  • Coconut milk400 ml
  • Malaysian or Thai red curry paste3 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced2 cloves
  • Ginger, grated1 cm piece
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water100 ml
  • Lime juice1 tbsp
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnisha few

    Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
