- Green papaya, shredded2 cups

- Shallots, thinly sliced and fried2 tbsp
- Fish sauce3 tbsp
- Lime juice2 tbsp
- Sugar1.5 tbsp
- Garlic, minced1 clove
- Bird's eye chili, minced1-2
- Roasted peanuts, crushed1/4 cup
- Saltto taste

Marinate shrimp with salt and pepper. Grill until cooked through.
