- Glutinous rice2 cups
- Mung beans (split, no skin)1 cup
- Coconut milk1/2 cup
- Sugar1/4 cup
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Pandan extract1 teaspoon

Rinse the glutinous rice and soak it in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Rinse the split mung beans and soak them in water for about 1 hour.

Drain the soaked rice and mung beans. Steam them together for about 30-40 minutes until cooked.

In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, salt, and pandan extract. Heat gently until sugar and salt dissolve.

Transfer the cooked rice and beans to a bowl. Pour the pandan-infused coconut milk mixture over them and mix well.
