- Chicken wings1 kg
- Garlic10 cloves
- Butter50 g
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Cornstarch2 tbsp
- Vegetable oilfor frying
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh cilantrofor garnish

Pat the chicken wings dry and season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, toss wings with cornstarch until lightly coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry wings in batches until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

While wings are frying, mince the garlic.

Melt butter in a clean pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Stir in fish sauce and sugar. Cook for another minute until the sauce slightly thickens.

Add the fried chicken wings to the garlic butter sauce. Toss well to coat evenly.
