  • Pork belly200 g
  • Fish sauce100 ml
  • Caramel sauce (Nước màu)50 ml
  • Shallots50 g
  • Garlic30 g
  • Ginger20 g
  • Fresh chili peppers2-3
  • Black peppercorns1 tsp
  • Salt1 tsp
  • Water200 ml

    Cut the fish into thick pieces. Marinate with salt and pepper.

    Cut pork belly into small pieces. Marinate with a little fish sauce.

    Finely chop shallots, garlic, and ginger. Slice chili peppers.
