- Quail eggs8
- Minced pork or chicken100g
- Scallions, chopped2 stalks
- Chili sauce2 tbsp
- Sate sauce (optional)1 tbsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Cooking oil2 tbsp

Lightly grease a non-stick pan or a grill with cooking oil.

Place one sheet of rice paper on the heated surface.

Crack one quail egg onto the center of the rice paper. Spread it evenly with the back of a spoon.

Add a small amount of minced meat (pork or chicken) on top of the egg.
