- Garlic10 cloves

- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Chili1-2
- Cilantro1 bunch
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Các bước
- 1
Clean the sea snails thoroughly. Soak them in salted water for at least 1 hour, changing the water several times, then rinse.
- 2
Mince the garlic and finely chop the chili and cilantro.
- 3
In a wok or large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
- 4
Add the fish sauce and sugar to the pan. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the sauce slightly thickens.
- 5
Add the cleaned sea snails to the pan. Toss them well to coat evenly with the garlic butter sauce.
- 6
Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the snails are cooked through and have opened.
- 7
Add the chopped chili and toss for another minute.
- 8
Remove from heat. Stir in most of the chopped cilantro. Season with salt and black pepper if needed.
- 9
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with the remaining cilantro.
