- Mayonnaise4 tbsp
- Grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup
- Grated Mozzarella cheese1/2 cup
- Minced garlic2 cloves
- Chopped green onions2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Lime wedges, for serving1

Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine softened butter, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, grated Mozzarella, minced garlic, and half of the chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until a creamy paste forms.

Arrange the oysters on the half shell on a baking sheet or directly on the grill grates.
