- Pre-made agar-agar jelly (plain flavor)200g
- Small tapioca pearls (quick-cooking)100g
- Water500ml
- Sugar150g
- Coconut milk300ml
- Salt1/8 tsp
- Ice cubesas needed

Prepare the jelly: Cut the pre-made agar-agar jelly into small cubes.

Prepare the tapioca pearls: Cook quick-cooking tapioca pearls according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Prepare the coconut milk broth: Combine coconut milk, 150g sugar, and 1/8 tsp salt in a saucepan. Heat gently until sugar dissolves. Let cool.

Assemble the dessert: In serving bowls, combine the jelly cubes and tapioca pearls. Pour the cooled coconut milk broth over them. Add ice cubes or serve chilled.
