- Silken tofu (firm or soft)2 blocks (approx. 300g each)
- Coconut milk400 ml
- Sugar80 grams
- Fresh ginger15 grams
- Water50 ml
- Toasted sesame seeds1 tablespoon

Carefully drain the silken tofu and cut it into bite-sized cubes. Place the tofu cubes into individual serving bowls.

Finely grate the fresh ginger.

In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, grated ginger, and 50 ml water. Heat gently over medium-low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 3-5 minutes to infuse flavors. Do not boil.

Ladle the warm ginger-coconut broth over the silken tofu in the bowls.
