- Plain yogurt400g
- Sweetened condensed milk150ml
- Matcha powder (culinary grade)2 tsp
- Gelatin powder10g
- Cold water50ml

Bloom the gelatin powder by sprinkling it over the cold water in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it thickens.

Gently heat the bloomed gelatin mixture until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not boil.

In a separate small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with a tablespoon of the condensed milk until a smooth paste forms.

In a larger bowl, whisk together the plain yogurt and the remaining sweetened condensed milk until well combined.

Add the matcha paste to the yogurt mixture and whisk until evenly distributed and the color is uniform.

Gradually whisk the dissolved gelatin mixture into the matcha-yogurt mixture until smooth.

Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds.

Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm.
