- Plain yogurt400g
- Sweetened condensed milk150ml
- Gelatin powder10g
- Cold water50ml

Bloom the gelatin powder by sprinkling it over the cold water in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it thickens.

Gently heat the bloomed gelatin mixture until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Do not boil.

In a larger bowl, whisk together the plain yogurt and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.

Gradually whisk the dissolved gelatin mixture into the yogurt mixture until smooth.

Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds.

Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm.

Serve chilled, optionally with fresh fruit or a drizzle of condensed milk.
