- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce2 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Ground ginger1/2 tsp
- Five-spice powder1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Water1 tbsp

Slice pork shoulder into thin, bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, five-spice powder, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and water. Mix well.

Add pork pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and cook, stirring frequently, until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. The sauce should thicken and glaze the pork.
