- Shrimp, peeled and deveined1 lb
- Butter2 tbsp
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Heavy cream1 cup
- Shredded cheddar cheese1 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese1/2 cup
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Scallions, chopped (for garnish)2 tbsp
- Baguette slices (for serving)1 loaf

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted and smooth.

Season the cheese sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir to coat with the cheese sauce. Cook for another minute until heated through.
