- Chopped scallions2 tbsp
- Minced chili (or chili flakes)1 tsp
- Fish sauce1 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Black pepper1/8 tsp
- Water1/2 cup (approx.)
- Cooking oil2 tbsp

In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water and mix to form a soft dough. Knead briefly.

In another bowl, combine pre-cooked ground pork, scallions, chili, and fish sauce. Mix well.

Divide dough into small portions. Flatten each portion, place filling in the center, and fold to enclose, forming flattened cakes.
