Nguyên liệu

  • Granulated sugar2 tablespoons
  • Baking soda1/2 teaspoon

Các bước

  1. 1

Place the granulated sugar in a heatproof ladle or small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar is completely melted and turns into a golden-amber liquid.

  2. 2

Remove the ladle from the heat and quickly stir in the baking soda. The mixture will foam up dramatically.

  3. 3

Immediately pour the foamed mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Do not spread it; let it settle naturally.

  4. 4

Allow the candy to cool completely until hardened, about 5-10 minutes.

  5. 5

Once cooled, carefully break or cut the candy into desired pieces.
