- Beef sirloin or flank steak400g
- Pre-made beef broth1 liter
- Fish sauce3 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce1 tbsp
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Flat rice noodles (Banh Pho)800g
- Scallions1/2 bunch
- Cilantro1/2 bunch
- Bean sprouts150g
- Lime wedges4
- Chili peppers1-2
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Prepare the beef: Thinly slice the beef sirloin against the grain. Marinate with half of the prepared sauce.

Prepare the noodles: Cook flat rice noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Toss with a little oil.

Heat the broth: Gently heat the pre-made beef broth. Season with salt and pepper if needed.

Cook the beef: Quickly stir-fry the marinated beef in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes until just cooked. Alternatively, you can pour the hot broth over the raw beef in the serving bowl to cook it.

Assemble the bowls: In each serving bowl, place noodles. Drizzle with the remaining sauce. Top with cooked beef, chopped scallions, and cilantro. Serve with bean sprouts, lime wedges, and a side of hot broth.
