- Pre-cut stir-fry vegetables2 cups
- Pineapple tidbits1/2 cup
- Sweet and sour sauce mix (bottled)1/2 cup
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Ginger powder1/2 tsp
- Cornstarch1 tbsp
- Water1/4 cup
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Green onionsfor garnish

Slice pork loin thinly. If using frozen vegetables, thaw them according to package directions.

In a bowl, mix the bottled sweet and sour sauce with garlic powder, ginger powder, cornstarch, and water until smooth.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the stir-fry vegetables and pineapple tidbits to the wok. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Pour the sauce mixture into the wok. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
