Các bước

  1. 1

Slice pork loin thinly against the grain. Mince garlic.

  2. 2

Slice onions into wedges or thick rings.

  3. 3

In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, salt, and water.

  4. 4

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

  5. 5

Add the sliced pork to the wok. Stir-fry until the pork is mostly cooked through and lightly browned (about 3-4 minutes).

  6. 6

Add the sliced onions to the wok. Continue to stir-fry until the onions are softened but still slightly crisp (about 2-3 minutes).

  7. 7

Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the pork and onions. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  8. 8

Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh cilantro and sliced red chili if desired. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
