- Fish sauce2 tablespoons

- Soy sauce1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch1 tablespoon
- Water2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil1 tablespoon

- Fresh cilantrofor garnish
- Red chili peppersoptional, thinly sliced for garnish

In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water to create the sauce.

Heat vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken evenly, about 1-2 minutes.
