- Dried white beans150g
- Onions2 medium
- Carrots1 medium
- Red bell pepper1 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Paprika1 tsp
- Savory (Chubritsa)1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Soak the white beans overnight, then drain and rinse.

Cut the pork shoulder into cubes. Slice the smoked sausage.

Chop the onions, carrot, and red bell pepper. Mince the garlic.

In a pot, heat vegetable oil. Brown the pork cubes. Remove and set aside.

Add onions to the pot and sauté until softened.

Add carrots and bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in garlic and tomato paste, cook for 1 minute.

Add paprika and savory. Stir well.

Return pork to the pot. Add the soaked beans and sliced sausage.

Pour in enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours, or until pork and beans are tender. Add water if needed.
