- Pork tenderloin400g
- Potatoes400g
- Onion1 medium
- Bell pepper1/2
- Garlic2 cloves
- Sweet paprika1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Water50ml
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh dillfor garnish

Cut pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice potatoes into small cubes. Dice onion and bell pepper. Mince garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until browned on all sides. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to brown and soften, about 10-15 minutes. Add a splash of water if they stick.

Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and paprika, cook for 1 minute.

Return the pork to the skillet. Add salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

Add 50ml of water, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until potatoes are fully cooked and pork is heated through.

Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
