- Pre-cut stir-fry vegetable mix500g
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Black pepperto taste
- Saltto taste
- Chopped chivesfor garnish

Slice the pork tenderloin thinly against the grain.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or sach over medium-high heat.

Add the pork slices and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

Add the pre-cut vegetable mix to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return the pork to the skillet. Add garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
