- Beef sirloin or stew meat, thinly sliced400g
- Frozen peas150g
- Carrots, finely diced1 medium
- Onion, finely chopped1/2 medium
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Beef broth200ml
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Cornstarch1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Fresh dillfor garnish
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Season the thinly sliced beef with salt and pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

Add the chopped onion and diced carrots to the skillet. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and cornstarch until smooth.

Pour the broth mixture into the skillet. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the sauce thickens.

Return the beef to the skillet. Add the frozen peas.

Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and peas are tender.
