- Beef stew meat, pre-cut400g
- Potatoes, diced small400g
- Onion, chopped1 medium
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Beef broth300ml
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Sweet paprika1.5 tsp
- Dried savory0.5 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh parsleyfor garnish

Season beef cubes with salt and pepper.

Dice potatoes and chop onion.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef cubes. Remove and set aside.

Add onion to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 4 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and tomato paste, cook for 30 seconds.

Return beef to the skillet. Add diced potatoes, beef broth, paprika, and savory. Stir well.

Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat, cover, and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef and potatoes are tender and sauce has thickened.
