- Onion1 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Fresh parsley1/4 cup, chopped
- Egg1
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Kefir or yogurt2 tablespoons
- Cumin1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil2 tablespoons

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Chop the fresh parsley.

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, kefir/yogurt, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Shape the mixture into oval or round meatballs, about 4-5 cm in diameter.

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Lightly grease a baking sheet or baking dish with vegetable oil.

Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through. Turn them halfway through for even browning.
