- Carp fillets4 portions (approx. 150g each)
- Ground walnuts150 g
- Onion1 small
- Fresh parsley1/2 bunch
- Lemon zest1 tsp
- Black pepperto taste
- Saltto taste
- Olive oil30 ml

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Finely chop the onion and parsley. Mix them with the ground walnuts, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Place the carp fillets in a lightly oiled baking dish. Spread the walnut mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
