  • Carp fillets4 portions (approx. 150g each)
  • Ground walnuts150 g
  • Onion1 small
  • Fresh parsley1/2 bunch
  • Lemon zest1 tsp
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Saltto taste
  • Olive oil30 ml

    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Finely chop the onion and parsley. Mix them with the ground walnuts, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
