- Unsalted butter4 tbsp
- Garlic, minced4 cloves
- Dry white wine1/4 cup
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
