- pumpkin puree300g
- walnuts100g
- brown sugar2 tbsp

For the dough: Mix flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and vegetable oil, kneading until a smooth dough forms. Let rest for 30 minutes.

For the filling: Roast pumpkin until tender, then mash or puree. Toast walnuts and chop coarsely. Mix pumpkin puree, chopped walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, and egg in a bowl.

Divide the dough into 6-8 portions. Roll each portion thinly.

Spread a layer of the pumpkin-walnut filling over each dough sheet.

Roll up each sheet tightly. Coil into a spiral or arrange in a baking pan as desired.

Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
