- Sirene cheese (Bulgarian feta-style)150g
- Olive oil2 tablespoons
- Garlic1 clove, minced (optional)
- Fresh chives1 tablespoon, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Drain the jarred roasted red peppers and slice them into strips.
