- Cooked Chicken Breast or Ham250g

Boil potatoes and carrots until tender. Let them cool completely, then peel and dice into small, uniform cubes (about 0.5 cm).

If using fresh peas, boil them briefly until tender. If using frozen, thaw them. Ensure peas are not overcooked.

Dice the hard-boiled eggs and pickles into similar-sized cubes.

Dice the cooked chicken breast or ham into small cubes.

In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, carrots, peas, pickles, hard-boiled eggs, and chicken/ham.

Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Gently mix everything together until well combined. Be careful not to mash the ingredients.

Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
