- Pickle relish1/4 cup

- Yellow onion1/4 cup, finely diced
- Dijon mustard1 tablespoon
- Apple cider vinegar1 tablespoon

- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh dill2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the cooked macaroni, diced celery, carrot, pickle relish, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced dill pickles, and diced yellow onion to the bowl.
