- Carrots200 g
- Cucumber200 g
- Radishes150 g
- Red Onion1 medium
- Garlic4 cloves
- Dill (fresh)1/2 bunch
- Water1 L
- Salt30 g
- Vinegar (9%)150 ml
- Sugar30 g
- Black Peppercorns1 tsp

Wash and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces: broccoli into small florets, carrots into rounds, cucumber into chunks, red onion into wedges. Slice garlic thinly.

In a saucepan, combine water, salt, vinegar, sugar, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil, stirring until dissolved. Let the brine cool slightly.

Place garlic and dill sprigs at the bottom of a clean jar or container.

Pack the chopped vegetables tightly into the jar.

Pour the slightly cooled brine over the vegetables, ensuring they are completely covered. Press down gently if needed.

Seal the container and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24-48 hours before serving.
