  • Sirene cheese (Bulgarian white brine cheese)200g

    Remove from heat. Crumble in most of the sirene cheese and stir until partially melted and incorporated.

    Pour the kachamak into serving bowls.

    Top each serving with a generous knob of butter and the remaining crumbled sirene cheese.
