- Ground pork or beef400g

- Cooked rice1 cup
- Egg1
- Tomato sauce1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a baking dish.

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture. Finely chop the onion.

In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, grated zucchini, chopped onion, cooked rice, egg, tomato sauce, 1 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Cut zucchini in half lengthwise. You can either scoop out the center slightly to make more room for filling, or simply use the halves as boats.

Fill the zucchini halves generously with the meat mixture. Place in the prepared baking dish.

Drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp of oil over the stuffed zucchini. Add about 1/4 cup of water to the bottom of the dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the filling is cooked through.

Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
